Description:

Ending Time is the time, using the 24 hour clock (HHMM format), that a test is conducted or completed.

PUMPINT:  This is the ending time of the pumping interval being described.

PUMPRATE:  This is the ending time of the pumping interval being measured.

TOW:  This is the time the tracer injection was completed.

TRI:  This is the time the tracer injection was completed.
