Description:

Starting Time is the time, using the 24 hour clock (HHMM format), that a test is conducted or begun.

PUMPRATE:  This is the beginning time of the pumping interval being measured.

TOW:        The time of day, using the 24 hour clock (HHMM), that the tracer injection was started.

TRI:        The time of day, using the 24 hour clock (HHMM), that the tracer injection was started.
