The Delivery Required field in the Table Format section has several possible values. The Delivery Required field indicates that a value must exist in this field for a record to be accepted for Delivery.

The field must contain a value. The value entered is enforced by either VVL or foreign key constraints. |
Y |
The field must contain a value, enforced by not null constraints at a minimum. |
C |
The entry of a value is conditional, dependent upon other values present in the record, or other related records. |
W |
The field entry is validated as a warning, and will be examined more closely by EDL. Unresolved items should be addressed in the transmittal letter. |
N |
There are currently no validations checking this field. |
