Date Established is a date field that generally denotes the completion date of a new location or remedial technology placement. The value entered is dependent upon the table into which the data is being entered.

LDI:  The Date Established field in the LDI table is the date that construction of a new sampling or measuring location was completed.

RTI:  The Date Established field in the RTI table is the date that construction of a remediation technology was completed.
