AFCEC Supplied Tables

There are tables that contain information AFCEC wishes to keep as constant as possible, specifically when dealing with well locations and names.  AFCEC has decided that this information will be supplied to the Contractors automatically, and the contractor will only need to add records to these tables if no data already exists in the ERPIMS repository.  The contractor may, if needed, change the information in these AFCEC supplied tables, but they will need to pass all validation processes before acceptance by AFCEC.  If no changes are made to these AFCEC supplied tables, they will not be sent for validation and will not be transmitted back to AFCEC.  ERPToolsX handles all the processes for determining if the record was altered or just referenced.  Import files can be created for these tables and then imported. However the system will always mark the records as needing re-validation regardless if anything was changed or not.  It is suggested that you only create an import file for these tables for the records that are added or that contain updated information.
