Unlike typical software support, when you have a portal on Synectics' systems you will be assigned to a project manager who is experienced with the specific type of data you manage. It's our job to understand what you need and to make sure you are able to accomplish your goals. We may even contact you before you call us, if we see that there are problems with your portal, or if it looks like someone on your team is having trouble getting to data, or if we think we can offer a better or faster way for you to manage your information.

Project specific help options are available to all registered users on active data portals. These support options are indicated on the dashboard for your specific project once you are logged into the portal.
