Synectics' Standard Edition portal is our most widely implemented collaboration tool, suitable for use by any type of project or organization.  It comes with all the functionality of the Express Edition, along with:

  • Customized project libraries
  • Online tracking tools
  • Interactive GIS map
  • Electronic document management tools
  • Varying security levels allowing users to submit, review and/or manage documents
  • Technical support and user training
  • Routine upgrades of your project portal

Data and documents that are loaded into your portal will be backed up nightly and can be provided to you on DVD on a periodic basis.  As documents and data are loaded into your portal, you will be creating a permanent, indexed, searchable information archive. 

Adding this functionality to your Express Edition portal gives you a robust data and document management tool that will allow you to have easy access to all your important information, from anywhere in the world.

Costs are based on 10 hours of Synectics' support per month, plus a one-time 10 hour setup.  Support rates are approximately $125 per hour.
